I’ve built a 30-year track record as a C-level executive with TD Waterhouse, J.P. Morgan Chase, Fleet Bank and Aderans Group. Chief Marketing Officer, Senior Vice President of Marketing, Vice President of Marketing, and President were some of the positions I've held.
I know what it takes to hire the right person in key positions — finding that one individual to round out your team. I’ve “lived” building teams that can propel a company. I’ve also made the tough call of changing out a staff member.
On the other hand, as a candidate, I know that hollow feeling of searching for a job and never hearing back, sending out countless résumés, speaking to contacts, and recruiters with little progress for my efforts — no one reaching back out on many days.
